AML Screening with ID

POST https://credit.farmsky.africa/v3/screening/aml-with-id

Verify an identity document then screen the extracted profile against AML watchlists.

A combined flow: it first verifies the ID (BVN, NIN, passport, …), then automatically screens the verified identity against sanction and PEP lists — one API call, one wallet transaction.

Headers

Authorization string required Defaults to Bearer {CLIENT_ID}:{CLIENT_SECRET}

Your API client id and secret, joined by a colon. Manage credentials in the Console.

x-api-key string optional Defaults to {API_KEY}

Alternative single-value secret key header (equivalent to X-Api-Secret). Never expose it in client-side code.

Content-Type string required Defaults to application/json

All request bodies are JSON unless the endpoint accepts multipart/form-data (file uploads).

Body Params

channel string required

ID verification channel (e.g. bvn, nin, cac). Get supported codes from GET /v3/screening/channels.

number string required

The identity number to verify.

checks array

AML checks to perform. Defaults to ["sanction","pep"].

adverse_media boolean Defaults to false

Also perform an adverse-media search.

compare boolean Defaults to false

Enable name comparison (requires first_name + last_name).
